Ordering, Delivery & Returns

Items are dispatched direct from the official UK distributors and are delivered within the UK including the Channel Islands & BFPO.

You can buy products through us only online. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive a Paypal email confirmation for the transaction amount. This means your bank/credit card company has authorised the transaction, but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. We will email you if there are any issues with your order.

You can pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. All prices include VAT.

The prices on our website can be displayed in British pounds or Euros. The Euro is calculated at 1.25 Euro's to the British Pound and is only for approximate conversion purposes. Your purchase cost may be less or more than the converted amount shown.

Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Should your item not be delivered within 7 days of purchase then please contact us and we will investigate. We will not be liable for any costs incurred due to late delivery. We use professional insured couriers who deliver Monday to Fri between 8am-6pm and a signature is normally required on delivery. A re-dispatch fee (£6.95) may be charged at our discretion.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, then please return the goods to address contained in the documentation unused and in the condition of dispatch by recorded delivery - within 14 days - for a refund or replacement. (We will arrange collection should we be at fault.). As we do not handle any goods then please notify us of your intentions at cs@tvshoppingoutlet.com and please include your postal tracking reference for the returned item. We guarantee that you will receive your refund within 2 weeks of the item being received by the distributor in a satisfactory condition. The refund will cover the cost of the items only excluding any postage paid.

All products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise stated within the item description). If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact the TV Shopping Outlet by email at cs@tvshoppingoutlet.com and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a "return to base" warranty therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product back to the relevant UK service centre.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

When placing an order through tvshoppingoutlet.com, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

Any infomercials contained in the product descriptions are solely for product demonstration purposes only. Please check the written description for specific price, item condition and included items.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.

tvshoppingoutlet.com can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.
